The Kitsch E-Gift Card works on everything at mykitsch.com: hair care, styling, accessories, sleep and bath essentials. It’s delivered by email, so there’s nothing to wrap or ship, and it arrives on the day you pick.

How to send it as a gift

1. Choose your gift card amount.
2. Check “Send as a gift by email” and enter the recipient’s email address. Add their name and a personal message (up to 200 characters) if you’d like.
3. Pick a send date up to 90 days out, or leave it blank to send it right after checkout.
4. Check out. We’ll email the gift card to them on that date with your message, and you’ll get a copy of the receipt.
5. Buying it for yourself? Leave the box unchecked and the gift card will be emailed to you after purchase.

How to use it

1. Open the gift card email and copy the gift card code.
2. Shop mykitsch.com and add your favorites to your cart.
3. At checkout, enter the code in the gift card or discount code field and click Apply.
4. Any leftover balance stays on the card for your next order. If your total is more than the card balance, pay the rest with any other payment method.

FAQ

Where can I use it?
Only on mykitsch.com. It can’t be used at retail stores, Amazon or TikTok Shop.

Does it expire?
Kitsch gift cards comply with federal law, so any remaining balance is valid for 5 years from the date the card was issued.

How do I check my balance?
Open the link in your gift card email, or enter your code at checkout to see what’s left.

Can I use it with a discount code?
Yes. Apply your discount code and your gift card at checkout.

They didn’t get the email. What now?

Can I use a gift card to buy another gift card?
No. Gift cards can only be used on products.
